Whole School Transformation

In our flagship school transformation programmes, we recruit, train and support PPD and JPN education officers to drive strategic, school-centred initiatives that address educational issues affecting vulnerable students.

Since 2018, we have recruited, coached, and supported PPD and JPN officers to spark transformation in 137 schools nationwide, and counting.

2018 – 2020

Teacher Empowerment for School Transformation (TEST) was a three-year leadership development programme aimed at building the capacity of JPNs and PPDs to empower School Leaders in creating a collaborative and empowered work culture in schools.

2020 – 2021

Potential Future Charismatic Leader (PFCL) was a 16-month leadership development programme implemented in collaboration with JPN Perlis officers to improve student literacy and SPM passing rates in schools from across the state of Perlis.

2021 – present

The Applied Leadership Programme for School Transformation (ALP) is an 8-month leadership development programme that develops and supports PPD officers to become effective coaches and change agents for teachers and schools in their district.

Our philosophy of 'Learn, Connect, Grow'

From month 1 of our programmes, PPD and JPN officers develop their practical skills alongside their theoretical understanding through a cycle of Learn – Connect – Grow.

CONNECT via

Officers participate in an extensive network with educators across Malaysia, including

  • Peers from other PPD and JPNs
  • School leaders and teachers from past programmes.
GROW via

Officers develop their skills as they:

  • Apply learned knowledge in their local schools’ contexts.
