Applied Leadership Programmer (ALP)
Mobilizing district leaders to tackle education issues from the grassroots
Recognising the pivotal role of district leaders, we coach and support officers (pegawai PPD & JPN) to become change-agents in their communities. During this 8-month programme, officers pilot learning interventions in two schools each, which become the basis for greater district-wide transformation.
