District Officers have managed to help 73% of the School Leaders to take on leadership role of Teacher Leaders.

93% of Teacher Leaders are satisfied with the School Leaders’ effort in including them in the school’s decision making.
Schools On Boarded
The programme has engaged with 14 schools in the Northeast District of Penang Malaysia, and has impacted over 8000 students over the course of two years.
