Our Programmes
Whole School Transformation programmes
We collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within schools and districts to transform the educational outcome of Malaysian public schools in high-need areas, and bring about lasting systemic and cultural improvements.
We implemented the Teacher Empowerment for School Transformation (TEST) programme in 2018 for 14 schools in Penang, the Potential Future Charismatic Leader (PFCL) for 9 schools in Perlis, and are currently running our second year of the Applied Leadership Programme for School Transformation (ALP) impacting over 230 schools across Malaysia.
In-Service Training for educators
We are a local education service provider that focuses on whole school transformation in our Malaysian public schools. We started with Teacher Empowerment for School Transformation (TEST) in 2018 with 14 schools in Penang, and are currently running the Potential Future Charismatic Leader (PFCL) with 9 schools in Perlis. We hope to keep scaling our impact with our new Applied Leadership Programme for School Transformation (ALP) soon.
Teacher Leadership Programme
Our team is working on an online teacher leadership academy for teachers to:
- Learn Anytime – with an efficient and extensive online learning platform;
- Broadcast Impact – with a community of educators; and
- Be Future Proof – with the latest skills to redesign learning.
